    He said Essam Marzouk, in comments on the sidelines of the OAPEC conference in Cairo, that the Committee include three countries of OPEC are: Kuwait, Algeria, Venezuela, and two from the outside: the Sultanate of Oman, and Russia.

    He said Kuwait's oil minister, on Jan. 12, said his country has reduced its oil production by more than pledged by the OPEC agreement.

    Said Essam Marzouk, told reporters on the sidelines of the International Energy Forum of the US Atlantic Council in Abu Dhabi , "was cut so far is about 133 thousand barrels, currently reaching our production about 2.8 million barrels a day ..
