When girls are young, they love playing dress-up. Putting on Mama’s shoes, her purse on their shoulder and clomping around in her shoes pretending to be grown-up.
For the moment, we all wanted to be just like my Mama!
I have a wonderful Mama. But, as a grown woman, I want to be just like Jesus.
This seems like an impossible goal on some days.
Until we accept one simple truth.....
God will help us and He loves us.
Not only does God love us, but he wants us, little by little, to become like his son, Jesus.
Why? Because he wants us to have a heart like his.
Ezekiel 36:26 “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you…"
