    The president of the Iraqi National Congress Party MP Ahmed Chalabi said that the best way to eliminate corruption in Iraq, is pulling out of oil revenues from the hands of the government and put the hands of the people.

    Chalabi said, is to clarify the mechanism that will be put revenue people, however, that "the government will not outlive and would occupy a factory productive one, and corruption will not end as long as the oil wealth in her hand."

"

    He called Chalabi to speed up the application of Article 111 of the Constitution after revenue exceeded Iraq 150 billion annually, adding that "this money is wasted randomly without planning, and because of corruption programmed, there is no industrial development, investment or construction, but merely the Government of the distribution of salaries and privileges and Projects are corrupt. "
