[rtl]The organizers of the African-American Energy Summit canceled the event that was to be held in Wisconsin, USA, the Business Daily Africa reported.[/rtl]
[rtl]The newspaper attributed the decision to cancel the summit, which was supposed to be organized in March, that some African participants did not obtain a visa to enter the United States.[/rtl]
[rtl]It was not clear whether the US State Department had cut Africa's visa quota after US President Donald Trump took office in January.[/rtl]
