    The Ministry of Industry and Minerals announced "the realization of the General Company for the Southern Fertilizer Industry high rates of achievement project to replace the underground cooling pipe system and the fire network."
     
    A statement by the ministry, quoting the director general of the company Abbas, received a copy of the "Trend Press" on Tuesday that "the completion rate reached 80% of the rehabilitation work under the contract withBSLl of India Engineering Services to implement the project to switch the cooling pipe system under Land and fire network, which will contribute to the development and sustainability of the production process in the company.
     
    He pointed out that "the company has implemented this project because of the aging of the system of cooling pipes ( Undeground pipes ) and the fire network and repeated developments during the operation of the factories and their negative effects on the process of production and efficiency, as well as impact on the infrastructure of equipment and equipment in the company."
     
    He stressed that "the project was carried out in accordance with extensive study prepared by the company's cadres to address the problems in the water pipe back to the cooling towers and redesigned to be beside the towers to reduce the load on the concrete structure."
     
    He added that "the terms of the contract included the processing of materials with the implementation of the site, which includes the work of digging and lifting the old pipes with the withdrawal of groundwater and the creation of new pipeline paths with the detail and construction of pipelines according to the basic engineering plans of the company in addition to conducting all engineering checks related to welding and packaging and land settlement and repair (2) and Urea (2). The first line was delivered in all its sections by the BSL Company, in addition to the delivery of the second (Ammonia 2) part of the second line. Which is under implementation and work is dead For this project , which is hoped to complete the work in which the end of the year 2017 after reaching the current completion rate to 80% of the overall business performance of the contract and will be linked to a network of new cooling system in the project pipeline cathodic protection to increase resistance tocorrosion. "
