    [rtl]Sumer News: The Minister of Planning, on Monday, the plans for the reconstruction of war devastated with a preacher within the work of ten years and cost 100 billion dollars .[/rtl]
    [rtl]Salman Al Jumaili gave a presentation to a Kuwaiti media delegation visiting Iraq headed by the secretary of the Kuwaiti Journalists' Association Adnan Khalifa Al-Rashed in the presence of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate and the Chairman of the Union of Arab Journalists Muayyad Al-Lami on the ongoing preparations for the Iraqi reconstruction conference in Kuwait from 12-14 February .[/rtl]
    [rtl]The minister pointed to the measures taken by the Iraqi government in preparation for the Kuwait conference, pointing out that a detailed plan to frame reconstruction operations has been prepared for the years 2018-2027, estimated total reconstruction cost of about 100 billion dollars, in addition to a detailed study the size of damage to areas occupied by the organization He called on the terrorist at the level of government infrastructure and the private sector, and a second study on the investment opportunities available .. He explained that the financing of reconstruction will be through three tracks, the first through investment budgets and regional development programs, To grant international loans to be announced by donor countries during the Kuwait Conference and the third through opening the investment horizons, calling on Kuwaiti investors to benefit from these investment opportunities available, both in liberated areas or in other provinces of Iraq[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Al-Jumaili said that the government has laid down important tracks and plans for the coming phase, which aims at achieving sustainable development and reaching a secure and stable Iraq. These plans are five main tracks: the reconstruction plan for 10 years starting this year, 2022 and the poverty reduction strategy for the same period as well as the private sector development strategy until 2030. All these tracks are part of Iraq's vision to achieve the goals of sustainable development 2030[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]For his part, the head of the Kuwaiti media delegation Adnan Al-Rashed said that the Kuwait conference for the reconstruction of Iraq will be over three days devoted to the first day of international organizations and the second day of civil society organizations, while the third day will be devoted to donor countries that will announce their positions in support of Iraq .. He pointed out that all preparations Has been completed to hold the conference and the Iraqi media will have a good space to cover the proceedings of the conference .[/rtl]
