    [ltr]At least one person was killed and six wounded when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside the Afghan intelligence headquarters near Kabul's diplomatic district, the interior ministry said.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"A suicide bomber blew himself up in the Gaza Strip, killing one person and wounding six," ministry spokesman Najib Danish told AFP.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Witnesses reported a "massive explosion" at 8:30 am (0400 GMT) at the height of the rush hour.[/ltr]
    [ltr]A journalist from AFP said security forces cordoned off the neighborhood.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The headquarters of the National Security Directorate, the Afghan intelligence service, is located on the border of the Green Zone, the diplomatic district, near the US embassy and the headquarters of NATO's "firm support" operation led by US officers.[/ltr]
    [ltr]But a source inside the headquarters of the al-Akbarat network said the blast was certainly targeting Afghan intelligence.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He added: "The explosion occurred in front of the main entrance and all the wounded members of the National Security Administration."[/ltr]
