Rafidain Bank announced on Thursday the allocation of an electronic link to apply to the Ministry of Education advances of five million dinars.
 
"The electronic link ( https://mis.qicard.net/web/loan ) has been allocated to grant the advance to employees of the Ministry of Education and the departments of Karkh I and Rasafa first," the bank's information office said in a statement .
 
He pointed out that "covered by this advance of holders of electronic payment card of Rafidain Bank."
 
The Rafidain Bank, yesterday launched an advance of five million dinars to employees and teachers and teachers of the Ministry of Education and the departments of Karkh first and the first Rusafa through electronic payment tools.
 
He pointed out that "the electronic fingerprint system has been adopted in granting staff advances and will be covered by other directorates in the coming days."
