In our country, e-commerce faces many obstacles that can be overcome and eliminated such as the slow Internet, lack of communication infrastructure at the required level, lack of awareness by consumers of electronic commerce and the illiteracy of many consumers, which prevent their dealing with information and communications devices that require proficiency in the use of language and ignorance of some In addition to the exposure of some electronic commerce sites to piracy because of insufficient insurance, in addition to the lack of sufficient legal legislation governing the sale and purchase in the environment And the lack of the availability of products and services of good quality enough to enable the consumer to choose between the acceptable number and the lack of competitiveness among many companies that can allow the consumer to move to many alternatives in case of failure Fit the product or service Working to address these problems and uncertainties provides a safe and secure environment for electronic commerce in Iraq. Each ministry, body or government agency can help solve these obstacles or problems according to its competence. The expansion of electronic commerce in our country is able to revitalize our national economy as well as keeping pace with the technological progress in different economic fields, which is changed in the global economic structure and according to the constant technological factor.
