Abdul Razzaq confirmed the completion of the hospital during the next six months to enter the service and provide all kinds of services and treatment for addicts and psychiatric patients, adding that it includes a research center and places dedicated to bells and ringing and all kinds of analysis, revealing that it will also include a center to train and host Arab students, It can provide the best types of services for the mentally ill and the addicted alike, as well as a special hall for children with movement disorder or depression and attention deficit and trauma and complications. He explained that Baghdad includes hospitals for the treatment of mental illness and addiction, namely Ibn Rushd and Al-Rashad. However, some patients may be transferred to Al-Hayat Hospital to reduce their momentum when the number of the deceased increases. The ministry also opened psychological units in some hospitals such as Al-Yamain Hospital in Kadhimiya and Hospital Al-Nu'man, Al-Yarmouk and the City of Medicine.
