The government announced the addition of 250 MW of electric power and move to end the crisis of the Iranian line

The state media cell announced on Tuesday the addition of 250 megawatts as a new energy for the electrical system, while confirming the move to end the crisis of stopping the Iranian line.
The cell said in a statement received by the «Journal News», that "the Ministry of Electricity has mobilized its technical and administrative potential to improve the level of processing of electric power in all provinces as it was able to enter the station Basmaya investment 250 MW, which entered two days ago to work to add new energy to the electrical system and efforts continue For the introduction of other generating units in the coming days after the approval of the Ministry of Oil to increase the amount of fuel fitted to power plants.
She added that "the Ministry of Electricity continues its efforts in coordination with the official authorities to find solutions to restore the work of the energy line from Iran after cutting it from the Iranian side, which lost the network to the national capacity of 1000 MW, and its impact was very clear on the southern provinces.
"The technical staffs of the electricity distribution departments in the central and southern governorates have completed maintenance work at record times for a number of feeder lines to secondary stations in those provinces after being subjected to emergency breakdowns, as well as to deal with technical symptoms in the network and remove abuses.
The country is witnessing anger and popular discontent over the continuous increase in hours of power outages coincided with high temperatures, which led to the emergence of demonstrations in some provinces to demand urgent government measures to reduce the crisis.
