The Housing Fund of the Ministry of Reconstruction confirmed its continuation by lending citizens money to build houses, indicating that the total amount of the loan is 35 million dinars, the condition of the employee's guarantee and a mortgage for residential land.
The Housing Fund continues to promote housing loan transactions and provide citizens with funds to build residential houses. The fund also loans citizens 35 million dinars in meals and interest of up to 2% per annum, provided that the citizen pays the loan within 12 years, The monthly will be as much as 200 thousand dinars.
He continued: The grant of the loan requires that the land is a residential or property and communal property to be granted the bond partner approval of the loan, as well as the ratification of a building permit by the competent municipal department.
