    The Basra Provincial Council announced on Tuesday an agreement with the Presidency of Parliament on the establishment of a fund for the development and reconstruction of Basra and financed by 50% of the imports of border crossings and separation from the budget.
    "The provincial council held a meeting with the Presidency of the new parliament and a number of deputies, including the deputies of the province and executive officials in Basra."
    "The meeting raised the problems of Basra as a whole and the suffering of the province with the central government in the non-disbursement of allocations and overlap of powers."
    He pointed out that "it was agreed on several things, including the establishment of a fund for the development and reconstruction of Basra through the coordination of the Presidency of the Parliament with the Ministry of Finance and the central government on the matter," noting that "the financing of the fund will be through 50% of the imports of the border crossings of Basra be in isolation from the allocation of Budgets for Basra ".
    She pointed out that "in Basra nine outlets and the lowest port of daily imports of one billion dinars, which will save large amounts of the Fund."
