    Baghdad / ... The internal congratulations on Barham Saleh after his election as President of the Republic and there was the first foreign congratulations from an Arab country.
    The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to Barham Salih on the occasion of his election as President of Iraq.
    Al-Sabah expressed his "sincere congratulations on the confidence entrusted to him by the House of Representatives to elect him as President of Iraq," the Kuwaiti news agency reported.
    The agency pointed out that the Kuwaiti Crown Prince and the Prime Minister sent two similar congratulations in favor
