Shafaq News / Minister of Commerce Mohammed Hashim on Friday to provide the ration card items of good global originators, as well as solve the problem of delayed goods imported in Iraqi ports.
This came in a statement made by Hashim told reporters today on the sidelines of his visit to the port of Umm Qasr in the province of Basra, the southernmost of Iraq to see the process of unloading ships loaded with Australian wheat to calculate the ration card items as well as the scrutiny of their qualities through a thorough laboratory examination.
Hashem said that "the coming period will witness more follow-up and scrutiny on the process of distribution of vocabulary and audit the types included in the ration card items, as well as to tours to agents and centers of ration and cutting centers to ensure access ration card items to the citizens."
He added that "the new Iraqi government and within its government program is determined to provide vocabulary of good global origin, in order to get the citizen what he deserves."
The minister touched on the problems and obstacles faced by workers at the port of Umm Qasr and promised to work on solving them.
