Baghdad / .. Negotiations between the delegation of the Ministry of Education headed by the consultant Hassanein Fadel Maaleh, Director General of Vocational Education and Head of the project management team of the Kuwaiti loan with Mr. Waleed Al-Bahr Director of Operations in the Kuwaiti Fund.
"The negotiations continued for three consecutive days and the two parties agreed to start the project of building the model schools, which are (73) schools in Baghdad and the provinces of Iraq, which will be of high quality and qualify the Iraqi student all the atmosphere," Maala said in a statement received by Iraq News.
