Maliki: We are on the ends of the agreement on the export of oil from the Kurdistan region

, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Wednesday, from near the end of the agreement between the Ministry of Oil and the Kurdistan region to export oil from the region, pointing out that the export of oil from the region, the reason for delaying the general budget. "
