Leaked document reveals plans of the Prime Minister to reduce the budget deficit by half

The reports indicated that that document was distributed by [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]at the end of the discussion session of the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/101527/%D9%85%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%B2%D9%86%D8%A9 2019]budget of 2019[/url] on 18/11/2018 with the Minister of Finance Fouad Hussein and the group formed to discuss the budget itself and the same information was presented in Parliament on 19/11/2018.
The document refers to the clear intention to adopt a new method of budget based on two prices of oil (fixed and moving) and allocates the fixed price per barrel with national resources to the operating budget while allocating the mobile price per barrel with loans for investment projects (investment budget).
The reports revealed the request of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] of the two communities to study these trends and seek to apply them in the budget 2020, which is hoped to be a budget projects and performance and not only budget items and allocations.
The report said the document indicated clear figures that planned to reduce the deficit to half or less.
The reports indicated that the red color is the deposition to reduce the deficit, which is clearly explained in the last line.
