Trump, a proposal threatens the future of the "CNN"
- US President Donald Trump has proposed the creation of an alternative US channel for CNN, whose aim is to bring the news and events of the United States of America toviewers and viewers in the world appropriately. "Although the work of CNN in the United States is not the best according to recent studies, and they have no strong competition in the global media, the channel is the deceptive and dishonest voice of America,"
Trump told Twitter on the subject.
"Something must be done, among other things, to create a global American channel to show how great the United States is in the world," he said.
Trump did not elaborate on the proposal to create a global US channel that would replace the private CNN channel.
It is worth noting that US President Donald Trump has previously attacked many American media, calling it "unfair", Trump complains of the concentration of many media on the negatives during his tenure only, which made his relationship with the American media tense.
