    In a new development of the conflict between the two countries, US Defense Secretary James Matisse on Sunday condemned Venezuelan Socialist President Nicolas Maduro as a tyrant who led his oil-rich country to destruction, adding that "his regime must eventually leave," until the situation improves.
    "It is up to the Venezuelan people and the regional countries in that region to help accelerate this and bring this country back to a more prosperous and positive future," Sky News quoted the news agency as saying. As he put it
