The National Authority for Accountability and Justice announced on Sunday the completion of the mechanism for the implementation of Resolution 88 on the confiscation of movable and immovable property and the transfer of the file to the Council of Ministers.
"The National Commission for Accountability and Justice considered the decision 88 to postpone the whole file by resolution 72 to the Council of Ministers," said Fares al-Bekoa, spokesman for the organization.
He added that "the matter has become a subject of scrutiny within the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers," stressing that "the objection and scrutiny in terms of similar names and other audit committees are reviewed."
The spokesman of the Commission that "all files related to Resolution 88 has been completed and forwarded to the audit committees within the Council of Ministers." / 25 H
