    The Foreign Ministry on Monday handed over to Kuwait's ambassador to Baghdad Salem Ghasab al-Zamanan a memorandum of inquiry regarding the circulation of information on the killing of 50 Iraqis in 1991.    [/ltr]

    [ltr]"The ambassador, Ahmed Nayef al-Dulaimi, the head of the Arab department at the Iraqi Foreign Ministry, handed over to the Kuwaiti ambassador in Baghdad Salem Ghasab al-Zamanan a memorandum to inquire about the circulation of information about the killing of 50 people," the ministry said in a statement received by Al-Furat News. 
    The statement added that the dead "are believed to be Iraqi residents of Kuwait according to the video clip on the social networking sites of a Kuwaiti policeman during the Saddam invasion of Kuwait in 1991." 
    Members of the Iraqi parliament and activists on social networking sites reported information that Kuwaiti forces killed 50 Iraqi people who were present in Kuwait after the 1991 war.     [/ltr]

    The Iraqi Foreign Ministry on Monday handed over to the Kuwaiti ambassador to Baghdad Salem Ghasab al-Zamanan a memorandum of clarification regarding the information circulated regarding the killing of 50 Iraqis in 1991.
