    The Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) representative Diyar Berwari on Monday revealed the date of the arrival of the budget law of 2019 after its amendment to the House of Representatives. 
    "Tomorrow or after Tuesday will reach the 2019 budget law after its amendment to the House of Representatives, the Special Parliamentary Committee and the State Committee have worked to make substantial and many amendments to the bill," Berwari told Ashqaf News. 
    He pointed out that "some of the observations made by the political forces and parliamentary committees supported by the governmental committee, and we are now waiting for the arrival of the budget, so that we know any paragraphs have been amended and approved by the federal government. Then we decide to receive the budget or reject it and return it to the Council of Ministers. 
    And opposes the deputies of Basra and Ninewa on the division of their province in the budget, while insisting on the Kurdistan Region to allocate 17% of the budget group share of the four provinces.
    According to the draft project, the size of financial expenditures in the draft budget is 128.4 trillion Iraqi dinars (about 108 billion dollars), with a financial deficit of 22.8 trillion dinars (about 19 billion dollars). 
    The rate of export of oil per day by 3 million and 880 thousand barrels, including 250 thousand barrels per day of the quantities of crude oil produced in the provinces of the North, at $ 56 per barrel. 
    The draft also states that the fiscal deficit will be covered by the financial abundance of increased crude oil prices or increased oil exports during 2019. 
    The Iraqi budget for the current year 2018 amounted to 104 trillion dinars (88.1 billion dollars) To 91.6 trillion dinars (77.6 billion dollars), and the deficit amounted to 12.4 trillion dinars (10 billion dollars).
    The expected revenues from the export of crude oil in the budget of 2018, based on the rate of $ 46 per barrel, and an export rate of 3.8 million barrels per day, including 250 thousand barrels of fields in the Kurdistan Region.
