A Chinese court has banned the sale and import of most iPhone phones at the request of Qualcomm in a patent infringement case, according to a statement issued by the semiconductor group on Monday. The statement pointed out that the Fuzhou People's Court in Chinaordered "four Chinese branches of Apple to stop violating the patents of Qualcomm Company through the import, sale and sale of unlicensed sales in China" for iPhone 6 and iPhone X, .
"All of its designs are still available in China," Apple said, quoted by CNBC.
The Chinese court's decision is a new episode of a long and complex battle between Apple and rival Qualcomm.
