    BAGHDAD - 
    The Parliamentary Finance Committee decided on Wednesday to add 50 percent of the allocations of the Council of Ministers to the employees of the Martyrs Foundation. 
    A statement by the Office of the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Hassan Karim al-Kaabi received a copy of it, "the parliamentary finance committee approved the proposal of al-Kaabi, including the addition of 50% of the allocations of the Council of Ministers in the budget to employees of the Martyrs Foundation." 
    It is hoped that the vote on the draft fiscal budget for the year 2019 in the parliament session scheduled for at 7 pm on Wednesday.
