    The Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister and Defense Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz on Monday unveiled a "huge surprise" during which the National Industries and Logistics Development Program will be launched.

    The development of the national industry and logistics, one of the most important programs to achieve the vision of the Kingdom, includes more than 300 initiatives, and develops 11 industries, including the automotive industry, military and medical industries, aquaculture and fish, to raise the Kingdom's exports to 50% of non-oil exports.
    The program aims to transform the Kingdom into a leading industrial power and a global logistics platform by focusing on four vital sectors including industry, mining, energy and logistics, as well as the National Industries and Logistics Development Program, one of the Kingdom's most important projects For the national transformation 2020 and vision 2030, and comes within the system of energy, industry and mineral wealth. "
    She explained that the national industry development program and logistics focuses on the development of industry and local content such as renewable energy, military industries, exports, mining, energy, balance of payments, technology and robotics workforce.
    Saudi Arabia's Minister of Transport, Dr. Nabil Al-Amoudi, said that "the national industrial development and logistics program is one of the most important programs in the Saudi economy and touches on all industrial sectors and logistics services." "Logistics is one of the pillars of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by transforming the Kingdom A global logistics hub to link the three continents, especially as 12% of the global economy passes through the Red Sea. "
    On Saturday, Saudi Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih announced the establishment of a "transaction room" in which projects worth 70 billion riyals would be offered to investors as part of a 1.6 trillion riyals. The Saudi minister said the kingdom would launch on Monday ready projects to negotiate deals worth more than 70 billion riyals, adding that the Kingdom's program would launch 60 initiatives for the logistics sector, hoping that these initiatives would attract investments worth 135 billion riyals.
