Deputy: The government intends to appeal to 32 paragraphs in the budget law

MP suggested the National Coalition Zaytoun al-Dulaimi, on Tuesday, the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] appeal to the Federal Supreme Court on the additives to the budget.
Dulaimi said in a press statement that "the House of Representatives added during the adoption of the budget 32 paragraphs in the law some of them have a financial side, and the government has the right to file an appeal with the Federal Supreme Court on the addition of paragraphs that bear the financial burden because of its inability to meet them.
Dulaimi explained that "the original items agreed upon in the joint committee with the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] can not be challenged," likely "to submit the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] appeal in the coming days."
In the same context, MP for the province of Basra Charter Hamidi, Tuesday (29 January 2019), that [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] federal [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and the provincial council will submit an appeal to the Federal Court to challenge some paragraphs of the budget law 2019.
