    Saudi Arabia's government will borrow 118 billion riyals ($ 31.46 billion) to finance the state budget deficit of 131 billion riyals ($ 34.93 billion), the head of the Ministry of Finance's treasury office said on Tuesday.
    "The volume of borrowing during the current year 2019, which will be the work of the Office, will reach a maximum of 118 billion riyals; while there will be 2 billion riyals, to repay the debt service to finance the budget deficit estimated at 131 One billion".
