On Monday, the Association of Iraqi Private Banks held a training course entitled "Management of senior offices" at the headquarters of the Association, with the participation of 25 trainees from private banks operating in Iraq.
The director of administration and training in the Association of Iraqi Private Banks Ahmed al-Hashemi, during the opening of the session and attended by "Economy News", "The objectives of the training program is to develop the capabilities and skills of office management staff to acquire modern knowledge about the use of methods and techniques of modern secretarial and archiving, Skills of office managers to work efficiently and provide them with the expertise and skills required by the responsibilities and duties of the job.
"The training program targets employees in banking awareness, public protection, human resources, senior office managers, departmental secretaries and directors," Hashemi said. "The course lasts for four days."
He explained that "the Association of Iraqi private banks is always seeking through the organization of training courses and workshops, to promote the banking sector both private and public."
