A member of the Finance Committee, Hoshyar Abdullah on Friday, criticized the administrative changes made by Oil Minister Thamir al-Ghadhban, replacing him with agents and general managers, noting that it is only "recycling" and will not contribute to the elimination of corruption in the most important Iraqi ministry.
