BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraqi
Minister of Commerce Mohammad Hashim al-Ani said on Wednesday that Iraq seeks to achieve integration and economic differentiation between Iraq and Kuwait and to maintain relations, while his Kuwaiti counterpart Khalid al-Roudhan promised not to return to his country without signing a fundamental agreement.
