MP Nayef al-Shammari said on Wednesday that his bloc would leave the option of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi as the commander-in-chief of the armed forces to keep US forces in Iraq or to remove them from the country.
Al-Shammari said that the terrorists who fought in Nineveh, Anbar and Salah al-Din are Iraqis from all provinces. He pointed out that US forces in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] did not participate with the Iraqi security forces in fighting terrorism.
