The majority of the ministries of planning and finance are responsible for the lack of budget access to Dhi Qar

Shahid al-Ghalibi, a member of the Dhi Qar provincial council, held Monday the ministries of planning and finance responsible for not reaching the budget.
Al-Ghalbi said in a press statement that [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/644/%D8%B0%D9%8A %D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1]Dhi Qar is[/url] waiting for the budget to start its projects and implement its plan for 2019, but it has not yet reached the governorate, despite its publication in the newspaper Al-Haqq.
He added that the projects in [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/644/%D8%B0%D9%8A %D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1]Dhi Qar are[/url] still ink on paper, especially after the end of the first quarter of this year without the implementation of any project, because of delayed arrival of the budget by the Ministries of Planning and Finance.
He explained that the province [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/644/%D8%B0%D9%8A %D9%82%D8%A7%D8%B1]of Dhi Qar[/url] has not received any budget since 2014 and to the current year, where it did not reach, but does not fill the gap, which reflected negatively on projects in the province.
And between: There are no fears in 2019 of not receiving the province to balance, and there are studies of projects to be implemented in the province, in addition to the completion of projects that have reached advanced completion rates.
