    Baghdad
The head of the Iraqi Group for Strategic Studies, Wathiq al-Hashemi, said Tuesday that the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq will not succeed, noting that Iran's request to remove these forces from the country is an unjustified interference with the Iraqi issue.
Hashemi said in a statement to "News", "The government and its three presidencies identified the US presence in Iraq and confirmed that for the purpose of training and armament and consulting and the presence of ground forces or military for other purposes," noting that "Iran's request to Iraq to remove US forces is an unjustified intervention in Affairs of the country ".
"The issue of the American exit will not succeed, because the government with the US presence and the parliament is divided around it, the Sunnis and the Kurds with this presence and even the Shiites there is a lot of support, and thus realism explains that US forces remain in Iraq."
