The head of the Iraqi parliament, Mohamed Halboussi, on Saturday, the date of the election of the heads of parliamentary committees and their deputies and rapporteurs.
A source familiar with the twilight news told parliament speaker Mohamed Halabousi set the next Monday to elect the heads of committees, deputies and rapporteurs.
On the other hand, MP Wajih Abbas submitted a formal request to the presidency of the Iraqi parliament and the signatures were collected to enact legislation to the Union of Iraqi athletes.
The request was referred to the Sports and Youth Committee of the Iraqi parliament for consideration, the source added.
