Shafaq News / MP Alia Nassif strongly criticized on Monday that the executive branch opened the door to submission to the posts of inspectors general, despite the vote of the House of Representatives in principle to abolish the inspectors' offices and only one inspector general with offices in all ministries, surprising the attempts to break the will of Parliament, which represents Will of the people .

Nassif said in a statement today that "the House of Representatives voted in principle to abolish the offices of the Inspectors General, which was initiated under the laws of the American occupation authority by the civil administrator Paul Bremer, and the Council began preparing the law of the offices of the Inspector General and includes the appointment of one Inspector General subject to the control of the legislature and his Offices in the ministries, but the executive branch and unfortunately opened the introduction to the positions of inspectors and submitted to the nomination of more than 116 people and began to interview them, and all this was advised by (some supervisors beneficiaries).

"It seems that the executive does not realize how flawed the right of the state to remain dependent on the laws of the occupier after sixteen years to change the system, and this approach to break the will of the House of Representatives will not benefit anyone, it is better to be consistent and consistent with work Legislative authority instead of this confusion ".

"The law, which will be enacted by the parliament in this regard, will remove dozens of inspectors who came from quotas and forced them to the ministries, and the government must wait for this law, which will be an important addition to this regulatory body."

The Iraqi Council of Representatives voted in the session held on Saturday, 9/3/2019 on the wording of a decision in principle to abolish the offices of the inspectors and the activation of the role of the prosecution.
