Formation of a joint tripartite committee to draft the capital law

BAGHDAD -
A member of the parliamentary services committee Alaa al-Rubaie, on Thursday, the formation of a joint committee between the deputies of Baghdad and the province and the secretariat to draft the capital law.
"The law will determine all powers for the province of Baghdad as a legislative body higher than the secretariat of Baghdad," he said.
He added that "the next phase will witness the adoption of the law of the capital and draft law of informal areas to reduce the burden on the capital," noting that "there are other committees of the deputies of Baghdad and the concerned departments were formed to study the informal settlements."Ending / 25 h
