The Minister of Planning Nuri Sabah al-Dulaimi, on Thursday, the ratification of the release of more than 167 billion dinars to the health services in the provinces of Anbar, Salahuddin, Nineveh, Kirkuk, as part of the ministry's efforts to improve the reality of health services.
Dulaimi said in a statement that the amount of (167) billion and (474) million dinars, has been approved within the annual allocations for the investment budget for 2019 to the Ministry of Health and the Environment, except for amounts owed by contractors.
In the framework of shortening the routine and providing the best services to citizens in the shortest possible period of time; authorized the Minister of Planning and the Ministry of Health departments in the provinces referred to, the power of implementation and disbursement, taking into account the commitment instructions and powers to implement the investment budget.
