Thanks Diamond. I still think there is a lot not publically reported yet. I cannot believe that the CBI would open an international bank in Saudi Arabia and the King would let them if the Iraqi dinar was not going to be international. At the ribbon cutting, the rep. for the trade bank said it would be operational by mid-May - OK, we are there (and a couple of days later) and just a day or two ago, a working paper from the WTO said that Iraq's application was "complete" - this had to be "taken out" without permission (glad someone was able to do it - gives us some insight as to what the WTO is up to) to be shown on a couple of dinar sites. To me, the WTO would not have approved a "complete" on Iraq if the dinar was not going to be international. We should know shortly if the dinar RVs.
