The Cabinet approves the draft law on the acquisition of land and orchards in kind

The Cabinet approved in its meeting on Tuesday, chaired by Prime Minister [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] on theproject in- kind acquisition of land and orchards located within the basic design of the city of Baghdad and municipal law, and presented again to the Council of Ministers.
The Prime Minister's Office said in a statement received by the "Information", "The Council of Ministers discussed in its regular session many issues and issued the necessary decisions thereon."
He added that "the Council of Ministers approved the draft law of acquisition in addition to the approval of the draft law of the College of Air Force and the draft law of the College of Maritime, and the Council of Ministers approved the draft law of the National Authority for Nuclear and Radiological, Chemical and Biological Supervision, which was presented again to the Council of Ministers.
