    Said the deputy of the National Block of Hussein Al-Aqabi, on Sunday, that the parliament during the previous period was the productivity of the legislation of the important laws few and modest. 
    He explained that "there are many important laws currently in the parliamentary committees, not to mention the size of the internal and external challenges that we live at all levels." 
    He added that "the current situation makes us need to push the work of Parliament to advanced levels and legislation of laws that support the work of government and provide services to citizens, so the enjoyment of a two-month legislative holiday is not true in the current period." 
    Al-Aqabi said that he would adopt "in accordance with legal and constitutional mechanisms the issue of submitting a request to extend the work of the House of Representatives for an additional month before the end of the legislative term on the third of July next."
