    BAGHDAD (Reuters) - 
    The Sawsan Alliance warned on Monday of a renewed public response to the marked shortage of services, especially electricity, and the country has entered the annual heat wave, affecting not only citizens but all sectors of the country. 
    The MP for the coalition, Salam al-Shammari in a statement received / Mawazin News / a copy of it, "the need to take the government proposals made by the leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr on improving services, especially in the field of electricity." 
    He added that "many years have passed the country without the citizen has noticed a marked improvement in electricity, despite tens of billions of dollars spent in this aspect." 
    Al-Shammari added that "despite the announcement by the government and the ministry concerned about the signing of huge contracts with major companies, but the citizen did not touch the desired change on the reality commensurate with the volume of contracts and amounts, especially those passed several years."
    The MP warned the government of "the renewed mass response to this remarkable shortage and the country entered the annual heat wave, which affects not only the citizens but all sectors of the country." 
    Al-Shammari called for "clear disclosure and identification of the obvious imbalance and not giving full promises of the street without finding implementation on the ground." 
    The leader of the Sadrist movement, Moqtada al-Sadr, presented in a tweet a number of proposals on improving the reality of the electrical grid, and confirms that the government has become sure that it will not repair or improve electricity. 
    He said that the saying of the improvement of electricity in the tenth month is tantamount to mockery of the Iraqi people, as is the case with the statement of exporting electricity surplus of electricity abroad.

    Sadr suggested that national electricity be made by Iraqi hands, not by external hands, and that electricity be cut off from officials in order to feel the suffering of the people, especially in the Green Zone, and to transfer it to hospitals, schools and departments.
