    BAGHDAD / The victory coalition led by Haider al-Abadi on Tuesday blamed the government for the failure of the Kurdistan authorities to pay oil imports to Baghdad, while he indicated that he will demand the dissolution of the current government and the formation of a new government in the event of continuing violations of the region.

    The coalition said in a statement that "victory holds the Iraqi government full responsibility for the breach of the law of the federal budget law regarding the failure of the authorities of the Kurdistan region to pay oil imports to the federal authorities."
