    If Mahdi resigns, I agree Abadi is the one coalescing groups into one huge bloc of support. The fact that he met with Sistani this past week IMO is telling. My question would be, does Abadi submit an entirely new cabinet for confidence or does he simply take power? At this stage I would like to see education completed or merged afterwards if the guy wants to go, so be it.
