[size=45]Article (21) of the unified pension law in force, paragraph (a), stipulates that the minimum pension for the pensioner (400,000) dinars shall be four hundred thousand dinars monthly, including the living allowance.[/size]
[size=45]He added that "there is controversy and objection by a large number of deputies to reduce the minimum retirement age to 45 years on the grounds that this category is considered a young segment," explaining that "the unified pension law set the mandatory retirement age of (63) years and optional 50 ) Year".[/size]
[size=45]"The amendments proposed by the committee require the establishment of understandings with the government to obtain their approval on the grounds that these amendments have a financial side," adding that his committee "hosted the head of the unified pension authority to discuss these amendments."[/size]
