    The head of the committee, Rahi al-Bezouni, said in a statement quoted by the official newspaper "Al-Sabah" that "the completion of the first and second stages of the social benefits projects prepared by the administrative units covered by the services of foreign companies contracting with the Ministry of Oil and Missan Oil Company within the first, In the area of ​​contracts Petrojina Chinese Petroleum Company in the oil fields of the Halafiyah, which include areas of the district Alkhala and Bani Hashim area and the area and the dependent area within the fields of Sinok China in the areas of Morah and the City Center of Architecture ".
    He explained that "the area witnessed the completion of the first phase of service projects, which included the paving of the streets and the demolition and construction of two schools and reconstruction and rehabilitation and the establishment of an iron bridge in the area and the extension of a drinking water network and the Directorate of water morgue dips and basins."
