She added that "in light of the existing stability and the improvement in oil prices, the government of" Adel Abdul-Mahdi is expected to promote the service reality radically, especially with the rise of anger and frustration among the people.
Al-Khuzaie revealed that "the importance of the service side in the follow-up report of the government program in the percentages of the projects of the ministries of electricity, health, construction, housing and education contained in the report to the total size of government program projects (1.5%), (5%), (20%) and (1% Respectively, Khuzaie described these ratios as "meager" compared to their actual need.
