MP Jawad al-Moussawi said that the decision of Prime Minister Adel [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/82334/%D8%B9%D8%A8%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%87%D8%AF%D9%8A][size=13]Abdul Mahdi[/url] to cancel and stop the decisions of the Minister of Industry to transfer and rotate the high ranks in his ministry contrary to the Constitution and the text of Article 78 of the Constitution adopted by[url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/82334/%D8%B9%D8%A8%D8%AF %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%87%D8%AF%D9%8A]Abdul Mahdi[/url] in his decision.
He added that "the article provided for the power to exempt the ministers and not to stop their decisions or cancellation," pointing out that "it was better to exempt the minister in the case of lack of confidence in his decisions and not procrastination and courtesy in the use of law and the Constitution if convinced."
"We confirm what we said earlier about not being convinced by many of the prime minister's choices for the personalities of his unsuccessful cabinet."
