The Ministry of Peshmerga and the Netherlands signed a memorandum of understanding to participate in the issue of "reforms" Wednesday at a ceremony attended by Minister of Peshmerga Ismail Peshmerga in the Kurdistan Regional Government and William Nicholas Kozayen, Dutch Consul General in the region.
The Minister of Peshmerga during the decrees attended by the Undersecretary and a number of senior officers described the move from the Dutch government mission and influential, as well as praised the role and duty of advisers and Dutch forces in training Peshmerga.
Before the signing of the memorandum, the Dutch Consul General confirmed that according to the content of the memorandum, the military and civilian advisors of the countries of America, Britain and Germany will participate in the reform process at the Peshmerga Ministry.
