Parliamentary law reveals the most prominent obstacles to pass the law of the Federal Court

A member of the parliamentary legal committee, Rafah Al-Ardi, on Wednesday, the most prominent points of controversy facing the passage of the Federal Court Law, stressing that the difference revolves around the number of experts in Islamic jurisprudence.
Al-Ardi said in a statement to the information, that "the Federal Court law of the important laws and there is a difference on the number of jurisprudence experts, where there are four experts demanding."
She added, "There is another point of contention, which is nominated members of the Federal Court is the Supreme Judicial Council or political blocs."
She explained that "some blocks with the increase in the number of members of jurisprudence and Sharia to 4 members and others are rejected," pointing out that "the next legislative chapter will see the resolution of all disputes over the law of the Federal Court." Finished / 25 h
